Situation

Costaner Pacífico and Constructora del Mar, established construction companies, faced significant challenges in their customer-centric approach due to outdated manual processes for lead management, sales tracking, and quality control. The companies lacked digital presence and efficient systems to manage their sales pipeline and construction quality certification processes (PEC).

Task

As a digital partner and technology advisor, I was responsible for:
  • Develop a comprehensive process analysis for digital transformation
  • Creating and managing multiple digital products and systems
  • Implementing data-driven decision frameworks
  • Leading cross-functional teams through agile methodologies
  • Training sales teams on new digital processes
