UCN faced multiple operational challenges across different departments: outdated manual processes in Medical Faculty curriculum management, lack of centralized vehicle rental system, limited digital presence for educational programs like "Científicos de la Basura," and complex medical specialization application processes. Each department operated in silos with inefficient paper-based workflows that hindered scalability and customer-centric service delivery.Task
As the lead digital product owner, I was tasked with:- Orchestrating comprehensive digital transformation across multiple university departments
