Situation

A group of psychologists won a CORFO (Chilean Economic Development Agency) grant to develop an online patient management app during the COVID-19 pandemic. The mental health industry faced unprecedented demand for digital therapy solutions, but the initial project concept had significant strategic and technical weaknesses that threatened successful implementation. Task

As a consultant and developer of digital solutions, I was responsible for:

Conducting comprehensive project analysis and identifying critical gaps in the original concept
Designing complete product strategy from concept to market deployment
